“Not sure what the hype is here. Burgers were OK. Fries were very good. 3 times I've tried this place.My orders were to go and the wrapped burger and grilled veggie sandwich was such a mushy mess. I may try one more time dining in to see if it's better.“

“Stopped here for quick lunch was out of town due to hurricane milton. Because of the hurricane nothing was open except for this place and I have a son who is celiac so Mexican fare always is a good to. The food was great a lot of options but not too many, guy who guided us through the menu was great, and super quick service and food delivery. Great 1st time and we have one locally so we will be back.

“Great store. Clean,good people. I was extremely disappointed this time. Placed my mobile order just before 11 am. Presented my code at the drive-through. "Yes,we have your order. Please pull forward. " When I got to the windows. My bag was already there. I asked how is it possible it's ready. I asked and was told they were just quick. I could tell it had been sitting there. They said they just made it. I said it looks old. I got to work and it was cold. I called the manager. I was told a week earlier they changed and made orders as they come in. BEWARE!!! “Drive-thru service was wonderful! Quick and a Smiling face. I gave it for on the food I'm ecstatic that the fillets of fish are back to the thickness they used to be years ago. The last time I came through it was so thin it was I would never co.ing back. The stores in Stuart Florida with the Colonel Sanders except it was just a little bit more greasy than I had hoped.“

“They made my online order perfectly! The manager Marco assured me it was complete and made sure I had everything I needed. The restaurant is perfectly light up at night. It's like they don't care anymore lol maybe that's just me but since I have been going there that's one of the things I have noticed. “I picked up a Cheese Steak here a month ago and never reviewed. (After being at a horrible location in NJ l thought l should review Jupiter’s excellent location)
JM’s was busy when l went in , l wasn’t sure where to order , the young kids behind the counter were very helpful and patient . The cheese steak was delicious. FL is not known for great bread or rolls, but their rolls were delicious.“

I see how there could've been some misunderstanding with the language I chose for my review. For clarifications sake I meant the amazing review was in reference to the Pollo Tropical off of Indian town road. When compared to the Northlake location, which is abysmal by the way, it makes the Indian town road location seem perfect. May this shed light on what I really meant“

Above was my original post from 6 years ago and it’s still true today!!! They went above and beyond on 9/14/24 to make my sons’ meals perfect. They even accommodated one of them requesting a different drink AND different toy. The manager in duty was so patient and understanding.“

“My sandwich was outstanding. I got the veggie sub the other day. I didn’t have to tell the clerk how to make a sandwich. She knew exactly what to do, generous with everything, I didn’t have to stop her to tell her to put more of something. Which I don’t like doing. I got no complaints. She was quick and friendly and efficient!“
