It's a wendys.
Second time this has happened. Sat in line for nearly ten minutes, only to have my order come out wrong and the food cold. While waiting at the pickup window, it was clear things were chaotic inside, so the mistake wasn’t exactly surprising. The employee who handed me the food looked like they didn’t want to be there. Wendy's is a restaurant showing varying levels of quality. Some staff members stand out, such as Liconya, who provided professional and respectful service. This location is clean and efficient, with a good leader on the night shift, improving tremendously. However, the girl at the front counter was very rude and packed orders slow. The fries were cold and chicken sandwiches were dry hunks of bedding. The drive-through service is generally efficient.
