I'm beginning to hate this location. I don't understand why it's so difficult to get an order correct. Most of the times that I do go they're not that busy and the last 3 times they mess up the order in some way. The worst part about it is, I only order one meal for.

I would give it 0 stars if I could.I recently had a very frustrating experience at Wendy’s and I feel the need to share my disappointing review.Firstly, the customer service was absolutely atrocious. The employees seemed disinterested and unprofessional and a nasty attitude. They had no sense of urgencyI visited Wendy’s with the expectation that my order would be customized to my preferences. However, I was extremely let down when I received my food and realized that none of my requested modifications had been made.To them this may seem like a small detail , but for someone who asked for their food to be made a certain way, it was a major disappointment. It showed a lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer preferences.To add insult to injury, when I brought this issue to the attention of the staff, they were unapologetic and unhelpful had an attitude and walked away from the window. They simply shrugged it off and offered no solution or attempt to rectify the situation. This lack of proper customer service left a sour taste in my mouth, both figuratively and literally.Overall, my experience at Wendy’s was extremely disappointing. The failure to follow my customization requests, coupled with the unapologetic response from the staff, made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this location. I will not be returning to Wendy’s and I cannot recommend it to others who value attention to detail and quality customer service.

Terrible track record for not going very often. My orders have been mostly wrong or missing something. This morning, I decided to order online since I could control how the order was placed. When I got there, they said they didn't have an order for me. I checked my bank app and I was charged for the order I placed and then the order was canceled and refunded. No more chances for this place.
