I’ve called this place 10 times tonight because they won’t answer their phone! Every time I go here they get my order wrong!! Why do I continue to go back? Obviously bc I love Wendy’s and their cooks are good, but their cashiers on the other hand are useless! A bacon cheeseburger with only lettuce and tomato is NOT HARD TO UNDERSTAND!! Yesterday I bought 2 sandwiches from #wendys in Okeechobee. The Grilled chicken sandwich was completely raw and she took 2 bites of it! Not even almost done, it was Gordan Ramsey Raw! So pissed and disappointed they risked my families health like that.
Went today at 4:00 sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes with 5 vehicles ahead of me not one car moved so I went inside, they had 2 people in line ahead of me with small to go orders and had 5 people running the drive thru and 1 at the front counter who was moving as slow as she possibly could.
I ordered a chili, baked potato and frosty (all already premade) had to wait another 20 minutes for my items.
