“Nichelle is great. My boss always orders the giant big John and he eats half for lunch half for dinner. I usually ask to wrap each separately but I always forget to order it that way it’s usually after the fact I remember and then I ask to have it re- wrapped separately. After doing this about 3 times Nichelle just remembers and she always wraps the big John separately w/out me even asking. It’s the little things that counts, going the extra mile. Thanks Nichelle for your great customer service. I hope she gets a raise.“

“It was disappointing to see all the negative reviews. However, I visited this location on 8/9 and was nothing but impressed with the two staff members. The place looked clean and the staff was pleasant to deal with. After working a long shift, I stopped at this location and was in and out within minutes. The sub was delicious and I will be visiting this location agin soon.
