Tara is amazing at what she does. She leads by example, creates a positive environment, and has clearly earned the respect of her team. You can tell that her employees genuinely enjoy working with her and take pride in what they do. The team works extremely well together, and I believe that is a direct reflection of Tara’s leadership.

Great managers can run a store, but great leaders build a team — and Tara does exactly that. Her professionalism, attitude, work ethic, and ability to bring out the best in the people around her are qualities that deserve to be recognized.
