They are friendly polite they have wonderful personalities they are super efficient what more could you ask for. “I eat at this location usually several times a week as it is right near my office. I order online and use the pick up counter. Only issue I've had is when I have used the jersey Mike's website to give feedback on a couple of bad experiences I never heard back from anyone. Once I was given the wrong order and I had to eat something with mayonnaise on it, yuck. The second time I was basically ignored when I walked in to the pick up counter and a guy that walked in five minutes after me walked right up and they helped him first, minor stuff but room for improvement.“
“Great food but the price is getting a little high for what your getting. I'm from point pleasant originally, born and raised. I remember the first shop on Arnold Ave before they moved the shop to 35 and made the old one a training facility.“
