KFC in Fort Lauderdale

“On the early morning on 7/13/2026 before closing time arrived with the understanding that some items may be unavailable. At the drive through intercom i was asked to pull forward and order at the window. Both of the gentlemen who assisted me were great and accommodating. Despite menu items being unavailable, I still felt taken care of. ..even after i got my items and was parked in the lot, the supervisor came and checked on me, asking if I needed anything else. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism shown by these gentlemen.“

“I had a great experience at KFC. Tria at the front counter was absolutely amazing! She was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. She was patient, had a great attitude, and made sure my order was correct. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone who genuinely cares about the customers. The food was fresh, and the overall experience was excellent. Thank you, Priya, for making my visit so enjoyable.“

“Slightly uncontrolled pandemonium! Have never had an issue with the food quality here but the drama behind the counter? OMG! I worked fast food 40 years ago and I could still run circles around some of the people working here. Someone does need to tell the shift manager that if she hates her job this much, she should find something else. She’s not doing anyone a favor by being there.“

“The food was service was definitely good, even thought there was only one other customer there. I was attended very fast no when I asked for my chicken I asked for it the original recipe but ended up getting extra crispy instead, which isn’t bad but not nearly as good as original. Otherwise a normal KFC Experience. Definitely would go back.“
