“Tonight’s experience was such a blessing. I came and ordered wings, and i felt that they were too hard. I then returned and gently requested a refund. I was so nervous. Normally when i request a refund, i am met with whispers and rude stares. Tonight was the total opposite. The manager and the employees were so sweet and understanding and gave me 7 freshly made wings. I denied it and the manager insisted with a smile and apology. I pray blessings for them all tonight. I appreciate you all for that.“
