“I had an amazing experience at KFC! the manager Johnny & Gigi were phenomenal From the moment I walked in, the customer service was top-tier. The staff greeted me with a smile, were patient while I placed my order, and made sure everything was correct before I left. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. The food came out fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. What really stood out was how friendly and professional everyone was even during a busy time, they stayed positive and attentive. It’s not often you get service this good at a fast-food spot, but this KFC definitely sets the bar high. I’ll absolutely be coming back. 5 stars all the way!“

“Quality and tasty finger lickin chicken like always however the spotlight here needs to get shared with Mikayla at the register and Trinity blasting out drive through. Both are extremely hard working, diligent, and expeditious with every customer and their orders yet kind and precise confidently navigating their patrons seamlessly through what I feel is a confusing menu. Working side by side and hand and hand they together are reminiscent of time gone by when a sense of accomplishment and pride in your work and trust in your co-workers thrust our country into a new realm of customer service and America as the elite. Mikayla and Trinity should be treasured and supported to enable them to bring us back to that level of service. We have sunk to new lows in my opinion. They make it look easy when it's very busy and only true professionals can do that. Thank you ladies! It was a pleasure dining there. I wish you both great success!!“
