“Abraham offered the best customer service. I went through the drive-thru for several items including chicken sandwiches and tenders. The sandwiches were delicious. Fresh, moist chicken. The tenders left some to be desired. He exchanged the hard tenders for a fresh sandwich, hot sandwich. I highly recommend the Dr pepper and vanilla cream.“

I can't speak to some of the unique items this restaurant has like grilled chicken, chicken fried steak, etc but the core products never feel like they've been sitting around. I am also happy that KFC has brought back wedges and this store always makes them fresh. They taste just like I remember them.“

“was honestly surprised by this KFC/Taco Bell combo; I’ve never seen one like it before! The food was great, and it’s such a fun mix having both fried chicken and tacos under one roof. The place itself had a quirky vibe too, especially the toilets with this funny electromagnetic locking mechanism; I’ve never seen that anywhere else 😂.
Even though we stayed past closing time, they didn’t kick us out and just carried on with their work around us, which was really chill and appreciated. Definitely a unique spot and worth checking out if you’re in the area!“

“Fast, familiar classics at KFC, but quality and service vary. Fried chicken can be hit-or-miss sometimes tasty and hot, other times small pieces and slow service. Worth a try for quick comfort food, but check your order before leaving. Still one of my favorite locations though!“
“I placed a fairly large order. Spoke the the general manager Breena. She was so glad to assist. While I was waiting for my order I couldn’t help but notice how great of a personality she has. They way she interacts with the guest had me in awwwww. She works with a smile which I noticed her team all had smiles on there faces and all working so hard.Love this location ♥️“

I accidentally ordered the wrong item, and without hesitation, he fixed the order free of charge and did so with genuine kindness and patience. What really stood out, though, was how thoughtful he was—he wished us a great day and even took a moment to praise my son for working hard in school, which meant so much to us as a family.

“I ordered a 5 piece nashville hot tenders, a spicy chicken sandwich, a cole slaw and a medium drink. the nash ille hot are usually good. They do have extra sauce but thats what I like about them. the spicy chicken sandwixh also has some extra sauce. overall the price is hard to beat for chicken. “I went on July 9, I arrived around 7:50 pm and only 5 customers called so to make things easy I placed my order at the kiosk the cashier who was a lady looked at me and another customer and it was already 8:18 and Other customers arrived after us and the cashier served me and the other customers less. The other girl went to ask and the cashier looked at her with a bad face and saw her from head to toe and ignored her. I went and told her too and She said that she was alone and busy that we had to wait because she was alone and she had seen us but she still couldn't help us. I asked for my receipt and they said they couldn't give me when I know it is possible because I work in fast food and you You can put the non-resive option and in the register inside they can take it from you. The very annoying and arrogant lady, the manager, neither she nor the other cashier apologized or anything and we, myself and the other client, were with children and we had a bad treatment ai that is a lack of respect professionalism empathy and everything has a very bad customer service waiting more than 30 minutes for 2 pieces of chicken is too much and giving character and ignoring the people that I would badly understand if it had been full and not They had staff but it was not very busy and there were worse staff and they didn't want to give me the answer because I said I was going to complain ?????
The only thing if there was only one little boy who came and asked me and wanted to see if he could give me the receipt but he couldn't, the Greek boy who works in the kitchen was very kind and the only one who wanted to help was no one else, not the manager or the other two cashiers. From there everything was a terrible service“

Previously I went to this KFC and the manager at that time was so aggressive and hostile but after coming to this KFC location after that hostile experience I found the new workers very delightful.
