Workers have 3 speeds: slow, super slow and backwards. Every time there something missing on the order
Chicken tasted great, but skin is soggy, basically no crunch. Had to airfry them. Is it so hard to raise the oil temp? Or like let it cook for 3 more min, idc. I just want my FRIED chicken crispy 😩
Sad service. Ordered in the drive through, we felt very rushed.
I ordered 3 pc chicken and my friend ordered chicken bites. Neither of us got our biscuits and our fries were stale and depressing.
We asked for the cheesy bites at the speaker and the cashier never rung it up.
Asked for ranch and honey mustard and only got Honey mustard , no ranch. We tried to ask for ranch again at the window and the cashier handed us our bag and closed the window on us.
