I have visited this KFC for years. I always enjoy a classic Kentucky Fried Chicken. Unfortunately the service and food quality has gone down so much. This location almost never has anything in stock, barbecue, sauce, tenders, cup lids, etc. During my last visit, chicken tenders looked like dark meat, biscuits were burnt, coleslaw ok. Wish it would improve.
We went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Every table was clean, actually the entire place it was. The customer service was lady was so nice, attentive and wut goid manners that we were nicely impressed since you don't see this kind of service very often in fast food restaurants, especially in Miami. We don't eat KFC every week so when we do... want it to be the best! Let's be honest, everyone always poopoos KFC until you bring it over for an event... then it's the first thing to disappear... it's funny to see the hands charge into the bucket as soon as you put down a bucket at an event. .
