It’s 4:00 pm on Sunday 3/4. I was in the drive thru and couldn’t hear the person asking for the order, so I drove to the window. She complained she was talking to me, I said I couldn’t hear her and asked if she could take my order there. Answer was she couldn’t, even though it’s the same person talking in the mic.So… 3 years without eating at this place. Won’t return any time soon.

I came here on my break from work. There was a homeless person who had been waiting for about 10 minutes and the person who took his order was very unprofessional. He didn't even give the money back to him in his hand just over the counter. The store is understaffed. At peak hour and they only had 4 employees. I waited 30 minutes to try to order and had to leave to get back to my shift and was never able to order. I was so displeased with the service. None of the workers even acknowledged that there was people at the lobby. I'm not saying this is or is not a bad restaurant. I'm just relating my experience on this date and how frustrating it was for me and all those people waiting in line.
