It was absolutely freezing inside, but the do have a door that takes you to a outside patio. With table and chairs. The barista that took my order was so pleasant and so nice. “Talk about attentive and polite!! I guess they read people's reviews. I like my coffee with room to put my almond milk in myself and they have done it as I have asked. I give them my initials and they get it correctly. (Not all coffee places do this!!) They get everyone's orders correct and they smile and are helpful. “I just left the Starbucks in Town Center and I have to say that the kids working here are amazing. There was a guys that was very nasty and disrespectful to them. Demanding No ice with an attitude saying that his dark purple drink tasted like water… questionable, slamming drinks on the counter, talking to the employees as if he is better than them, yet the employees were very calm, respectful, and didn’t let him get to them. “This was my first time at this location, and it was crowded. The time indicated to pick up my drink wasn't accurate. I'm not a coffee drinker, but my husband. Is. I always order the strawberry açaí lemonade. The store is clean, stocked well, and the employees are very friendly and attentive. The only issue is this isn't a fast paced store. It's so many consumers waiting on their drinks. I had to wait 15 minutes more than what the time was given. The drink is delicious, and cold.If I'm in the area, I may visit again.“

“most of the options at FLL are pretty bad honestly. so i usually pick SB for mostly out of safetly. i got a ham/cheese croissant and a mocha latte. it was fine. i wasn't in a rush so i didnt think the service was slow so i did not experience issues that some of the others have mentioned here.“
