The personnel was not polite. I informed that the counter needed to be refilled with sugar and I don’t know if it was laziness but they claimed they were out of sugar. It’s upsetting because I purchased my drink to enjoy on my flight ✈️ and “STARBUCKS” does not have sugar to replace on the self-service counter. That’s a shame.
Very good place to have breakfast, very good customer service, I recommend it.
Desolate atmosphere, dry cakes in the display case. RRP on the cups blackened with Edding in order to fleece customers at the airport with even more outrageous prices than usual. So all in all a classic Starbucks.
PS: fresh t-shirts for the staff every now and then for a hygienic picture would be great.

Starbucks offers good customer service, with a helpful manager and efficient staff who handle high volumes of orders quickly. Despite long lines, the staff shows patience and keeps a friendly attitude. The coffee tastes good and is consistent with what is expected from Starbucks. Even in busy airport locations like Fort Lauderdale, customers can usually get a decent drink and snack, sometimes after waiting in a long line. The staff work hard to serve everyone, even when dealing with rude or entitled customers. Overall, it remains a convenient option for a quick coffee in busy areas with limited food choices.
