Well according to other reviews I'm just glad Jeffrey was not there today. The two poor ladies working were so understaffed with a line that went to the TSA check. Finally after the line had about 20 people with no movement, two other airport employees jumped in to help with poor ladies. If people are not showing up to work, fire them and hire different employees that want to work. This very busy pretzel stand should never have only 2 employees. Went to Auntie Anne’s while the family and I had a long wait for our flight home. The staff was very friendly. In fact they explained a nuance regarding the Southwest voucher received since our flight was extremely delayed. The pepperoni and regular pretzels were really good as was the pretzel dog that I tried for the first time. The service was a little slow but nothing tasted like it had been sitting around for a while. Overall a good experience.
Their employees are the rudest people I’ve ever had the unfortunate privilege of meeting. One employee in particular had such an attitude and was actively talking trash about several customers for no apparent reason as if she was inconvenienced by them … while she was at her job … that she gets paid for … Imagine working in a customer service job that you applied for and hate it .. tragic.
