One star because there is not zero. They don’t have what they advertise and whatever they have is old at 6am. The personal is rude.
Sold me expired food
Came the morning of 23 August and I don’t see the bad customer service people complained about. They were very fast, nice and easy to talk to. Coffee latte came out good.
This is bold to say but YOU might be the cause of your “bad service” here. Example, lady in front of us ordered a bagel toasted. Before the worker could even put the bagel in the oven the customer reached for it and got verbally mad that she wasn’t handed the untoasted bagel.

Harvest & Grounds, located in the FTL airport, offers a friendly atmosphere with helpful staff. The service is great, with fast and accurate orders, and the staff is very nice. The breakfast sandwich with egg, cheese, and meat on ciabatta is a standout, paired perfectly with excellent coffee. The caramel latte is the best many have ever had, and the bagel is a simple but satisfying choice. Despite the airport prices, the total bill remains reasonable. Fast service caters to travelers on the go, with consistent quality at both locations in Terminal 4.
