Terminal 2, D gates. The staff is rude to customers, arguing with each other and laughing when orders are not correct. At least 3 people's orders were wrong but instead of correcting the order, the staff started blaming each other.
Very slow service, need to improve.waiting time is too long.

Typical Starbucks if you just want a coffee. Line was long because some were ordering food items, but its fine and coffee was typical.
