I’ve only been to the drive-through at this Starbucks, and I do not have one bad thing to say! Corbin and the other baristas are friendly and quick. The staff at this Starbucks works extremely hard and goes above and beyond to serve, deliver and support customers. As a Starbucks customer I’ve witnessed a lot of unfair treatment and rudeness towards staff at this location from not only incoming mall shoppers but even some of the actual employees whom work inside Macy’s.
