The personnel was not polite. I informed that the counter needed to be refilled with sugar and I don’t know if it was laziness but they claimed they were out of sugar. It’s upsetting because I purchased my drink to enjoy on my flight ✈️ and “STARBUCKS” does not have sugar to replace on the self-service counter. That’s a shame.

Located in the Fort Lauderdale airport, this busy Starbucks store often has long lines, especially in the morning. Despite being understaffed, the staff works hard to serve customers, dealing with rudeness and entitlement. Amidst the chaos, they still manage to provide good coffee and snacks. One standout employee, Dominique, consistently provides excellent service with a smile, getting orders right every time. Despite the challenges, the staff strives to deliver a positive experience, making it a welcome respite for travelers.
