Desolate atmosphere, dry cakes in the display case. RRP on the cups blackened with Edding in order to fleece customers at the airport with even more outrageous prices than usual. So all in all a classic Starbucks.PS: fresh t-shirts for the staff every now and then for a hygienic picture would be great.Coffee was otherwise ok

Didn’t appreciate getting attitude for asking where my order was after waiting 20 minutes and about 10 people after me getting their orders. Staff needs customer service training and manners.

The workers are nice, but they are completely clueless on how to make drinks and food. All of out drinks were made wrong. The food was overcooked and tasted rotten. Needs news management.

Worst customer service i may have EVER received. I ordered a sweetened iced green tea. I took a sip and it was unsweetened. Easy mistake to make. I went up to the counter and said “excuse me i ordered this sweetened may i please get some simple syrup added?” One employee responded “do you not want your drink?” I said, “I do but I would just like it sweetened like I ordered it. thats all.” The other employee got a small cup added two pumps of simple syrup to it and with an angry look on her face shoved the cup in my face.Such unnecessary rudeness. Especially for overpriced items.

I visited this Starbucks on Sunday, December 17, 2023, around 3 pm. Unfortunately, I was disappointed as the staff couldn't provide a clear description of the drink they suggested, leading to a poorly executed and unexpected beverage. The situation was compounded by additional drinks being made for staff inside and from other areas of the airport, adding delays on top of that
