Starbucks in Coral Springs

“I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but when credit is due, I believe in recognizing amazing staff in hopes that management does too. I visited the Starbucks in Coral Ridge today after picking up my son, and I wanted to recognize Andres for providing such an amazing experience. He was by far the friendliest and most respectful person during our visit. He took the time to engage with my 10 year old son, helping him decide on a drink and making him feel included in the conversation. My son walked away thinking Andres was the coolest person ever. I’m usually more of a Brown Sugar Shaken Espresso person, but Andres also recommended a refresher for me. I ended up taking his recommendation for my mom, and she absolutely loved it! It’s refreshing to meet someone who genuinely cares about customers and is patient and kind with younger kids. Out of everyone working during that shift, he was the most engaging, energetic, and attentive to the little details that make a visit memorable. I’m not sure if Andres is a barista or a manager, but he was definitely the most professional person there during my visit. Starbucks is lucky to have someone like him representing their team.“

Very cozy environment inside as well, I love coming here to study. Sometimes it's pretty cold so make sure to bring a sweater if you plan to sit down !!“

“I love Starbucks that’s a NO BRAINER , but this location to me it’s more about the staff . They are SUPER welcoming & very compassionate. You can definitely tell they are managed well ! It feels very genuine & that matters a lot to me . I even went through the drive thru once ordering something for my kids & the staff member educated me on caffeine being one of the ingredients in the beverage . It was more educating & enlightening and you can really tell he wanted to see if I was aware . Where I can see how many people depending on their state of mind would’ve been offended. I was very grateful that he told me because I had no clue. I love coming here because you can tell that the staff really cares and they are doing more than just clocking in. They are setting people’s day in the right direction. I was supposed to leave this review like seven months ago lol I’m glad I got to it. Thank you guys. You all deserve a raise 💜“

“I have never gone to this store and get a drink that is not made with love, and I buy from Starbucks wherever I go in the US or international. Store 65863 you all are exceptional, sorry I forgot today to ask the barrister what her name was but I was at the store at approximately 2:15.“
