“As a Grubhub delivery driver, I am writing this review to bring a recurring issue to the attention of the management at this Five Guys location.
I have come here twice recently to pick up orders, and both times, the younger male employees told me that the order hadn't dropped into their system yet. This exact situation happened again today, Friday, May 22nd, around 7:00 PM. The young guys told me they didn't have the order. However, a female employee stepped in, checked the system, saw my order immediately, and started preparing it right away.
Since I have experienced this twice now, I wanted to let the manager know. It seems like the younger staff members might be ignoring incoming delivery orders or simply don't want to make them. The female employee was great and helpful, but management should look into how the front staff is handling delivery pickups.“
“I always love their vegetarian sandwich, and they have one of the best fries. However, their fries are now made very thin and with a different kind of potato. I preferred the original. May I also kindly suggest the company considers sweet potato fries as an option on a nationwide basis.“
