“Five Guys is one of my favorite places to grab a burger. The food is always fresh, the burgers are delicious, and the fries are amazing, plus they give you a lot of them! You definitely get great value for what you pay.
The customer service is also excellent. The staff is friendly, fast, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quality burger, great service, and plenty of fries.“
“Burger was incredibly tasty (but not the best I've had in my life). Order the small fries if you're one person, because they are huge. The peanut oil fried fries are always a special thing in this chain.
They have that machine with all the soda varieties, and free refills.
They should have more sauces for the fries, the only have ketchup.
Expensive.“

“I had a great experience at Five Guys on Biscayne Blvd. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in.
The burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked exactly as ordered. The fries were hot, generous in portion, and tasted excellent.

“The team at London Square was incredibly understanding and kind when I arrived with an order from their website that had mistakenly been sent to the wrong store. They were determined to help me, even going as far as to call the other store on my behalf when I told them that the other location had refused to cancel the order despite me calling as soon as it was placed. Although I wish I knew everyone’s name at the London Square location, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Freddy and Joshua for their exceptional assistance.
