“The team at London Square was incredibly understanding and kind when I arrived with an order from their website that had mistakenly been sent to the wrong store. They were determined to help me, even going as far as to call the other store on my behalf when I told them that the other location had refused to cancel the order despite me calling as soon as it was placed. Although I wish I knew everyone’s name at the London Square location, I want to express my sincerest gratitude to Freddy and Joshua for their exceptional assistance. I walked away feeling a million times better than I came in. Thank you again! Truly one of the best locations in Miami!“

Shoutout to Rebecca for whipping up some of the most addictive, creamy milkshakes I’ve had in a while. The Oreo crumble and salted caramel were both incredible, piled high with whipped cream and generous drizzles of syrup right under the dome lids.

This Five Guys location just keeps getting
better. The shop was spotless during this visit, and the team had everything running smoothly with fast, friendly service. Definitely making this a regular stop whenever a craving hits.

Five Guys in Midtown stood out. The double stack bacon cheeseburger was cooked to perfection, super juicy patties, crisp bacon, and melted cheese thoroughly binding every bite together. Side it with a small order of their signature fresh-cut fries (unapologetically greasy in the best way possible, packing real potato flavor) and a cold soda, and you’re set.

Shoutout to Jessica, Rosely, Pink, Kylah, Ludwigie, and Rebecca. Even with the house completely packed, they were on top of their game, friendly, super sweet, and pumping out hot, fresh, 100% accurate orders without missing a beat.

The dining area remained clean and well-kept throughout the rush, and having the outdoor terrace area to enjoy the Miami weather while eating makes it even better.

I have one close nearby where I live, but I don’t mind driving here to be served by this amazing team.“

“Five Guys is one of my favorite places to grab a burger. The food is always fresh, the burgers are delicious, and the fries are amazing, plus they give you a lot of them! You definitely get great value for what you pay.

The customer service is also excellent. The staff is friendly, fast, and makes the whole experience enjoyable. Overall, it’s a great place if you want a quality burger, great service, and plenty of fries.“

“I had a great experience at Five Guys on Biscayne Blvd. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the staff were friendly from the moment I walked in.

The burger was fresh, juicy, and cooked exactly as ordered. The fries were hot, generous in portion, and tasted excellent.
