Taco Bell in Fort Lauderdale

“I went in to this location with bags to go to the laundry mat. I love taco bell. I asked the lady manager who took my order if i could have some change back in quarters... She rolled her eyes felt put out and said only a dollar as she broke a ten dollar roll. All i said was 3 dollars would b great if not no worries. So as i waited for my order i rinsed my personal bottle out w a swish of water and then grabbed my tea cup i also put ice n water in it. I went back to my table decided to put ice in my personal bottle and add more water to it The machine was off The lady was looking at me funny and and I asked the machine is off could I put some water in this she said as she looked at my table with my teacup will you just put mountain dew in that cup so I walked over to the table I grabbed my cup I brought it over to her and showed her my two lemon lift tea bags and the water in my cup she then acted rudely and stated that I could have some water and gave me a cup the size for a toddler with attitude as well so I decided to go back to the table and just relax when my food order was ready I went up grabbed my food I had paid I think $0.20 or so for the Verde salsa it was not on there she could not find the receipt I threw my receipt away and she felt put out to put Verde salsa as well I was wanting not to say anything but I decided to tell her that I think it was rude that she was profiling me because of the situation how I came in the way I was treated Customer service was ridiculous I felt like she thought she was better than me and that I was a nuisance to her“

“I was at the Taco Bell cantina yesterday and removed my $450 Oura smart ring to eat (as a hot sauce lover does - tacos get messy!) I realized later that day that I had left my ring at the cantina. I was sure someone had stole the ring but went back the next day right at open to check, after speaking with a few staff members that said no ring had turned up so I had given up, until… I had the uttermost pleasure of bumping into Edgar a employee at this location. Edgar assured me he had seen the ring yesterday and brought it to the front so the rightful owner could claim it. Edgar searched and searched and found my ring and did not give up. He went absolutely above and beyond to help not only a customer, but a person and I couldn’t be more grateful for his help and for double checking. Edgar was beyond professional and kind and truly an incredible employee and person, I strong urge Taco Bell management to give him a promotion or a raise, it is not everyday someone goes above and beyond in a job especially a busy location like that. Edgar, thank you so much for your help you are an incredible person. I love Taco Bell and meeting such a wonderful employee of this company made me love Taco Bell even more. Cheers to Edgar! You’re the man!!!!!“

“I had every intention to upload a photo of the food, but it was so good that I couldn't put it down lol. Order was made correct, it was hot, fresh, & fast. This is one of my go-to locations.
