She made us feel seen, appreciated, and comfortable, and that deserves to be recognized. “Went through the drive thru..... absolutely wonderful experience on a Sunday evening. Food was actually excellent, tortilla not dried out or toasted too long, was perfectly hot and fresh on my burrito, beans great consistency, not dried out. Way to go team!!!“

“I was having a rough night after losing one of my pets and I was craving some Taco Bell with my mom, in order to try to cheer myself up, I originally went to one of the taco bells down the street, ill just say my experience was not good, So I decided to come here instead. I ordered for pick up through drive through and I must say I had a great experience. The young man who greeted me in the drive through was wonderful, he was very kind and even asked me how I was doing and addressed me by my first name. He had a smile on his face the whole time even despite it being almost 1 AM. Its the little things like that that will make a huge difference. I unfortunately didn’t think to get his name but he served me on 07/16/26 at around 12:40 AM. Taco bell, you have a great employee, he will definitely go very far in life.“
