“What can i say, i always go thru the drive thru & my food is always made properly, the staff is super nice. You can't beat a box of chalupa, 2 Taco's { as you like them}, for a reasonable price. & All food is made to order.“
“Even though National Taco day was Wednesday October 4th, I have had tacos all week long. LOL.This time it was Taco Bell in Pompano Beach. I ordered a crunchy taco via the app, got my reward points, went through the drive thru and got myself a nice warm crunchy taco. Taco Bell does not have the greatest tacos around, but they are convenient, cheap and easy to get.Snack Fix !“
“I ordered at the drive thru 357 w Atlantic. I ordered the Nacho fries deluxe box. I stated 3 times that i did not want any sour cream or lettuce on any of the tacos or burrito. He stated that it does not come with sour cream or lettuce. I then continued my order stating my drink and wanting a soft shell taco instead of a hard shell. I then started just in case any of them came with sour cream or lettuce I don’t want it and then went on to pay. I then drove home and went to eat my meal and was greeted with sour cream and lettuce. I was unable to eat my meal. I had to go to my car and drive back in the rain to get my order corrected. When I went back The manager Joseph did not even apologize for the mistake. Then to top it all off my fries were cold??♀️. I’m still going to give them 4 stars because the service is usually great, food is hot and speedy. I really hope that when I go back the service is as it usually is. I can’t keep driving back from mistakes that could have been avoided.“
“Jaden was on duty as a cashier when I stopped by for a quick drive thru order. My overall experience was so pleasant, it felt like I was in a nice, fancy restaurant. Jaden was very professional and thorough, you feel the flurry of activities around him, but he never took his focus off my order, great job.“
