“It’s a good spot but honestly it’s overpriced for what you get $35 to eat by myself for Shawarma is OK but not great. The food quality is good but it’s not exceptional. I would like to say better things about it. I have better memories than it actually was the last time I was there.“

“Authentic Israeli style shawarma is one of the hardest things to find in this country. They absolutely nail it at Friendship Grill. The food can cure antisemitism. Seriously, it is made with love and delicious beyond words. Make sure to ask for the amba sauce. It is a sweet, slightly spicy sauce made from fermented mango and several spices. You will not regret it. To be honest, it is expensive. One shawarma pita with no sides is $36. But you are right in the middle of Las Olas, and it is getting harder and harder for restaurants to survive on what people think prices should be. So do not fault them for that. Your money is also going to a genuinely good cause. Look up Chabad. Their charity is legendary worldwide, and the restaurant is directly affiliated with them. Also, Spencer did a great job taking my order today. If you want something truly unique that you cannot get just anywhere, while also supporting Israel and treating yourself to an incredible meal, go to Friendship Grill. Just do not come Friday evening.“

“Little hidden place in Plantation, located on Pine Island Road in a small shopping plaza. Izgara is a Middle Eastern restaurant, with delicious food! The Hummus , is the best I have ever had! It's creamy, buttery with a little tangy kick! I had the Skewered Steak Platter with salad, fresh cut sweet potato fries ( that I kept dipping into my hummus) 😋 check this place out! The food is always served to perfection fresh, flavorful, and consistently excellent every single time. You can really tell the kitchen takes pride in every plate that comes out. “Theos was an amazing experience from the moment we walked in the door. The Hostess was super accommodating and friendly. Our server Marco was superb. “Sotogrande is in a beautiful location with stunning decor. It is pretty noisy inside, but sitting on the terrace made our evening super pleasant. Everything we ate was outstanding—the fig salad, lamb, octopus, pita bread, and all of the dips/spreads were full of flavor. The Basque cheesecake was the perfect sweet finish. Plus, all the cocktails were top-notch. Can't wait to come back!“

My friend wanted something on the water that was unique. Olive & the Sea looked like the perfect fit. I reached out a week prior to see if they could accommodate a party of 10. Bernadette (events manager) was amazing and got back to me right away. The restaurant was STUNNING. Beautiful atmosphere inside and out with water views. The food was delicious and so were the cocktails. Everything was very fresh and tasted great! Rachel our waitress did everything she could to make the night perfect. We had a private room that was gorgeous! I highly recommend everyone check Olive & the Sea out especially if you are looking for a special night!“

“Had food delivered from Gyroville for the first time today and had to run to leave my praises!

Portions were big! Salad was so fresh! Gyro meat was delicious, fries were so crispy!

The falafel was so crunchy and flavorful!

We got 2 gyro platters, one with regular Tzatziki and one with the spicy feta Tzatziki. Definitely going to have that again!! Wow

“In town for a convention and stopped in. The gyrozilla was amazing. The blend of flavors from the lamb, BBQ and taziki sauces were fantastic. The veggie trio was an enormous salad with falafel and spinach pie. Will be back on next visit. Staff was friendly and prompt.“

“We stay at the Westin Fort Lauderdale hotel and this is their main restaurant. We went for a quiet dinner today and we have been quite satisfied with the service and the food. They are really trying to be kind to us and you can almost feel a family type of business even though it’s part of a chain... We only took the BLT sandwich since we were not that hungry. The food was really good and their prices are very acceptable for a hotel restaurant.“
