Puya Urban Cantina is an amazing Mexican restaurant with a festive, lively, and beautiful vibe. The place is clean and the ambiance is relaxing and comfortable, though the music can be a little loud. The service is highly recommended, described as excellent, attentive, super friendly, and a team effort, with food coming out fast even during busy times. Portions are big and pricing is reasonable for the quantity.
The food is absolutely delicious and beyond amazing, with incredible flavor at a higher level of excellence. Specific dishes praised include the dirty nachos, described as the best thing on the menu, as well as tacos, flat iron steak, kebabs, and fajitas. The cocktails are also great and highly recommended.
A noted issue is with the seating; some chairs are very uncomfortable and hard, making longer stays less pleasant, though sofas on the side are better. On one occasion, a group felt rushed to leave their table. Overall, it is a must visit for great food and a great experience, and many customers plan to return.
