I’ve been to The Living Room a handful of times, but my last two visits really stood out. Mona is easily the best bartender I’ve had there — warm, attentive, and genuinely elevates the whole experience. It’s also refreshing to finally see a woman behind the bar at The Living Room. Hoping to see more of that representation going forward, because talent like hers makes a noticeable difference.
The redesign of the Living Room was unveiled last night and its definitely an upgrade! It's sophisticated yet still has the fun, eclectic feel that so many know and love of the W. The service was top-knotch, although you would expect nothing less at a Grand Reopening.
We arranged a surprise birthday party at the Living Room. Decor is great, the singer and her band were awesome, great atmosphere. Everybody there was extremely helpful and many thanks to Haley and Mickelson for fabulous service. Shout out to Douglas at valet for his help!
