We arrived at Kelly’s Landing around 6:15 pm and waited about an hour to be seated, which is perfectly fine. We ordered our drinks and appetizers which came in a timely manner. However, a friend had a problem with her drink and she wanted to send it back. Lori (our waitress) left it on the table and didn’t offer refills of empty drinks nor replace the wrong drink. AMAZING!!! I'm not a fan of seafood, but I went to Kelly's Restaurant and was amazed. They have delicious food. They're also famous for their lobster. 100% recommended. The staff are friendly and attentive, always smiling. Jake in particular was very attentive. He's very sweet and has a big smile. Excellent customer service. Thank you.
