About Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen

Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen is a popular restaurant known for its delicious food, especially its jerk chicken, which receives high praise. The menu includes various options that guests have enjoyed, such as oxtail, noted for its hefty portions. The vibes are lively, with authentic music and decor creating a vibrant atmosphere. Customers often mention the upbeat music and friendly, attentive staff, with some praising the standout waitress for her excellent service. The jerk chicken is cooked perfectly and well seasoned, easily cleaned off the bone. Other dishes like fried plantains, callaloo, and salads are well prepared. The restaurant offers a fun environment to enjoy great Jamaican food with friends, even if there are occasional long wait times. However, some guests find the loud music makes conversation difficult, and there are concerns about pricing transparency, as prices fluctuate between online platforms and the restaurant, with added service charges and unclear information about vegan or vegetarian dishes. Despite these issues, many visitors find the food and atmosphere worth the visit.

Great food and atmosphere! My faves on the menu are the authentic Jamaican jerk pork and chicken with festival or bammy, the seafood platter is to die for, and the oxtail is boss! The cocktail choices are also ridiculously amazing!

We walked about 1/2 mile to get there and we were seated within about 5 minutes. The menu looked decent, the music was good and my friends who had drinks enjoyed them.
