Terrible Customer Service: Shelborne South Beach Fails to Return Deposit or Respond to Inquiries
I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the Shelborne South Beach hotel's complete lack of professionalism and customer service. Despite multiple attempts to contact them, they have not returned my deposit or bothered to respond to any of my phone calls or emails.
