“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“The quality of food is high, for that I recommend it. The reason I wouldn’t go back is that the staff just did not care we were there at all. Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. We caught them at turnover and they couldn’t care less. We talked about hitting craft as a high point for our one night in Miami before cruising… and now we won’t bother going back to Bayside.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because... Brandon! He was so nice a so much fun! We experienced this place on a night of FIFA game. Of course everyone was super excited it'd about that, sorry to say that wasn't our jam. However we had a drink and enjoyed everyone's excitement for a little while and of course, Brandon! What a cutie! His presence and energy made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks, Brandon! I know it's been a few weeks already but I had to make this review.“

“Stayed at The March Hotel Miami Beach for 4 nights and honestly had an amazing experience. The property is clean, elegant, and has a very charming boutique hotel feel. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach, with plenty of great restaurants and cafes nearby. The neighborhood felt safe, peaceful, and very walkable, making it easy to explore Miami Beach on foot.

The room was spacious, modern, and very well equipped. The bed was extremely comfortable, which made resting after long days out much easier. The bathroom was also well designed and stocked properly. I also loved the mini bar selection, nicely stocked with a good variety, which added a premium touch to the stay.

While the hotel does not have a gym or swimming pool, they make up for it by providing bicycles and access to umbrellas and beach lounges on South Beach nearby, which was actually very convenient and thoughtful.

This review would honestly be incomplete without mentioning the amazing staff. The front desk team were always friendly, warm, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to Mili and Victoria, they went above and beyond during my stay. Whether it was helping me when I had issues accessing my room, recommending the best coffee shops and restaurants around the area, or even giving me travel advice for my next destination, they were absolutely wonderful and made the experience much more memorable.

Overall, this is an amazing property with great hospitality, excellent location, and a stylish boutique atmosphere. Highly recommended, and I would definitely stay here again.“

“It was a wonderful stay at The Local House. Anachulia's welcome was very warm, and we immediately felt at home. Everything is bright and friendly, and our room was simply wonderful. The same goes for the stunning rooftop terrace. Enjoying a coffee there was a great start to the day. Right on Ocean Drive, yet very quiet. Miami Beach is also just a short walk away. “I had an amazing experience at Bungalow Beach Bar & Grill over Valentine’s Day Weekend. We were staying at the Cadillac Hotel, so the location was already super convenient. We had drinks and food here a few times during our stay. The food was excellent and the staff were all so pleasant! Vanessa made our last few hours really enjoyable before leaving to catch our return flight, and we really enjoyed chatting with her. She talked to us a bit about the history of the area, the hotel, and the restaurant. We really appreciated her kindness!“

“We had a wonderful experience at Collins during our stay at Loews Miami Beach, thanks to Sherri.

He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed his service so much that we came back the next day for lunch. Even though he wasn’t our server that day, he remembered us, came over to say hello, and wished my sister-in-law a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful gesture that meant a lot to us.

“The Café at the Shelborne is a great spot for a quality coffee break in Miami Beach. The coffee itself is excellent, smooth, well balanced, with a nice acidity and just the right strength. It’s clear that care goes into both the beans and the preparation.

The space is beautifully designed and very aesthetic, but this place is far more than just Instagram-worthy. The quality of the coffee truly speaks for itself, which is always refreshing to find in a stylish setting.

If you’re in the area and looking for a solid caffeine fix in a great environment, this café is totally recommended.“

“We vacationed here this year and 1 Hotel did not disappoint. More importantly for us was the Sanbox pool experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful energetic young lady, her name was Sienna. She had an amazing smile and couldn’t have been more kind and sweet. My wife just loved her. She answered all our questions and really gave us a luxury first class feel which is what we were hoping for. She had another person help us with setting our loungers up and he was so accommodating. I feel bad because I don’t remember his name. We had a couple different waiters/ waitresses but they were both so great and super attentive as well. Not sure why this place is not a 5 star, but it is for me and my family. Will definitely be back. Thank you Sandbox staff!“

“Cool, and can be private in the evening, atmosphere! We visited after sun down. Outdoor seating in lush landscaping, water feature, umbrella, patio. Connected with The Tony Hotel, the pricing is affordable, the drinks big, and our server was awesome. We devoured the chocolate lave cake, along with strawberry and mango daiquiris and pina coladas.“

“Pool bars don’t usually inspire devotion, but I kept coming back to this spot like it owed me money. Three visits in one trip and I’m an expert now. I had the crab salad the first day, shrimp aguachile the second day and the cobia ceviche the third day. I was possibly becoming a pool bar regular. A very solid pool bar with excellent service.“
