TOTALLY BLOWN AWAY!! Just finished the tasting menu with my wife. This was our first time at Stubborn Seed. Amazing food. Amazing service. The pinnacle was the dry aged duck, but—no kidding—my wife and I both agreed this was the best dining experience we have ever had.
Flawless experience throughout. Service, plating and flavor were some of the best we have experienced in a restaurant. The accommodating pescatarian tasting menu exceeded expectations, truly a memorable meal

The place is small, its beautiful bar and the tasting lasts 3 hours and the dishes are small but with incredible flavors, the attention of the waiters is impeccable. I give a very special thank you to Ramon Atencio for his service and the wine recommendation, which was spectacular.
