“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

The meal had some challenges (overcooked and then chewy replacement calamari, overcooked burgers, and replating of food cooked with an allergen vs preparing a fresh plate), but the portions and variety here are excellent. The short rib ragu was delicious. Stefano brought us a variety of complimentary treats at the end of the meal to help soften the disappointment, so again - Stefano saved our meal. “I went to lunch with my partner and we had an excellent experience. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was very pleasant and welcoming, perfect for enjoying a calm and relaxed lunch.
We ordered two chef’s suggestions, and it was a great choice. Both dishes were delicious, well prepared, and full of flavor, showing the quality of the ingredients and attention to detail. The presentation was also very nice, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.
We were able to enjoy our meal without feeling rushed, in a comfortable and relaxed setting, ideal for spending time together as a couple. The service was excellent throughout our visit: the staff was always attentive, friendly, and very professional, making sure everything was perfect.

“This club made me feel so safe the bouncers do an amazing job. One of the bouncers even wear as far as to walk me to where my Uber was because it was late at night and people were being creepy. The atmosphere here is amazing and I had so much fun I ended up going back again. They are the only place that let me store my bag for not an outrageous price. “Came here for happy hour and had a wonderful experience! We wanted a cool spot to watch some playoff hockey, and the staff was super helpful with getting us situated. Our server Radick/Reddick (sorry we didn’t fully catch it) was super sweet attentive. The oysters were phenomenal, and the parm truffle fries were some of the best we’ve had. “I’m writing to advise if the outstanding customer I received from @Stephanie Vitori, the owner of cheeseburger baby. My experience of a long wait, at Daytona International Raceway, was partly due to Stephanie pulling the product back as the staff was about to deliver it, as she was not pleased with one of the items they were about to serve, which BTW, to a layman, looked fine. Thus, Stephanie suggested an altered order and comped me. Her counter service, pride in her product, and food were excellent.“

“We stayed at Aloha Friday and visited the Honey’s bar and restaurant during our stay.

From the moment we arrived, we received a very warm welcome especially from the chef, who, although not directly working for the hotel, was incredibly helpful and kind.

The restaurant team and servers were all truly welcoming and attentive. A special mention goes to Fernanda, who was absolutely exceptional: joyful, dynamic, friendly, and highly professional. She makes delicious cocktails and has such a charming, witty personality.

She gave us great advice throughout our stay and was always attentive to our needs. She is a true professional and a real asset to the restaurant.

She truly made our stay with my daughter even more enjoyable and memorable.

Orlando will guide you through the menu and help you choose what best suits you. The salads and bowls seem simple but are fresh and flavorful and the protein additions are always cooked perfectly. Orlandos cocktails are done perfectly. He is a master and one of the main reasons we continue to come back. He is a star!“

Connected with The Tony Hotel, the pricing is affordable, the drinks big, and our server was awesome. “Pool bars don’t usually inspire devotion, but I kept coming back to this spot like it owed me money. Three visits in one trip and I’m an expert now. I had the crab salad the first day, shrimp aguachile the second day and the cobia ceviche the third day. I was possibly becoming a pool bar regular. A very solid pool bar with excellent service.“
