“Truly remarkable. We enjoyed the 9-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and waygu enhancement, putting dinner at $375pp including tax and tip. Worth every penny. Our primary server, Gabriela, was fantastic although several other staff members delivered our dishes, including both managers and a member of the chef’s team. I enjoyed the variance as it allows one to meet several members of the staff. Of the nine wines there was one I didn’t care for so, when asked how I liked it and said, “not so much” it was immediately replaced with a choice between two fine wines. It’s in these moments you understand the staff are true professionals providing the best dining experience possible. Gabriela, or Gaby as she prefers to be called, is a true professional The only marks against is the dress code. One gentleman at the bar was in a T-shirt and a baseball cap. Later two gentleman sat at a high top near the door, both in baseball caps. Also, the bartender was wearing a tank-top with the back cutout, something one would expect at a beach bar. The stark contrast between she and the very smartly dressed manager, Jonathan Smith, in a suit and tie, was noticeable. I’m old school dining with my 94 year old father who is really old school so my critique of attire when we’re only here for dinner may seem displaced. My apologies. For anyone looking for a remarkable dining experience in Miami Beach I highly recommend Stubborn Seed. You will leave full and an experience you’ll remember forever“

“We went two weeks ago, Friday 14th. We ordered a Caesar Wrap and a Cuban sandwich( the former good, the latter amazing ). For drinks I had the Tavern's mule which was a great drink as well. We had dinner indoors and it was such a cool place, with lots of tvs to watch different sports. There was Moderate noise but you can still talk. Višnja ( I hope I didn't butcher your name ) was our waiter and she was very attentive.“

“Fantastically fun!! My husband surprised me with dinner and a show for my birthday celebration. The food was amazing and the drinks beyond delicious-Spicy margarita and mango daiquiri. The entertainment was spectacular- very talented crew. The staff sang happy birthday with glow sticks and flashing sign with my name! “I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“I'm giving 5 stars because... Brandon! He was so nice a so much fun! We experienced this place on a night of FIFA game. Of course everyone was super excited it'd about that, sorry to say that wasn't our jam. However we had a drink and enjoyed everyone's excitement for a little while and of course, Brandon! What a cutie! His presence and energy made it an enjoyable experience. Thanks, Brandon! I know it's been a few weeks already but I had to make this review.“

“A great spot for quality sushi / sashimi in South Beach. It’s in the Plymouth Hotel but without a hotel sterile feel to it. There is indoor and outdoor seating just off the hotel pool. A great sushi bar if eating solo.

The sushi was all delicious - the salmon was ridiculously tasty. The wakame (seaweed) salad was best I’ve had in a long time. They also serve draft Kirin beer.

Good service and pleasant place. So much better than the hip Miami sushi joints that blast music and charge over the top amounts for avg quality food. This place is all about the food.

“My gf and I came here on 6/27/2026 for brunch. The food is excellent, the Espresso Martinis are divine, though I'd add a shot of Bailey's, and the service was flawless.
But when every other restaurant in South Beach was increasing their prices 20%, Honey's was the same price we were paying at our favorite brunch place in Naples. Looking forward to coming again and this time we're going to try and stay on property.“

“What a fun spot celebrating the movie The Birdcage. We popped in for some breakfast and were met warmly by the hostess who gave us a quick tour of the inside part of the restaurant and we were seated.

“We vacationed here this year and 1 Hotel did not disappoint. More importantly for us was the Sanbox pool experience. When we arrived, we were greeted by a wonderful energetic young lady, her name was Sienna. She had an amazing smile and couldn’t have been more kind and sweet. My wife just loved her. She answered all our questions and really gave us a luxury first class feel which is what we were hoping for. She had another person help us with setting our loungers up and he was so accommodating. I feel bad because I don’t remember his name. We had a couple different waiters/ waitresses but they were both so great and super attentive as well. Not sure why this place is not a 5 star, but it is for me and my family. Will definitely be back. Thank you Sandbox staff!“

“Pool bars don’t usually inspire devotion, but I kept coming back to this spot like it owed me money. Three visits in one trip and I’m an expert now. I had the crab salad the first day, shrimp aguachile the second day and the cobia ceviche the third day. I was possibly becoming a pool bar regular. A very solid pool bar with excellent service.“
