Upon visiting The Tavern, expectations were high given its excellent location, catering to an international clientele. Unfortunately, the experience didn't match the setting. Starting on a positive note, the reception was welcoming, a beacon of courtesy. However, that's where the pleasantries ended. The food was really delicious. The service was attentive and quick. The ambience, well, just at Colins AV, when there is a lot of traffic it is rather uncomfortable to sit outside. Inside it is coolly decorated and has lots of photos/newspaper articles about the history of Miami.
