“Stopped at a bar in Miami Airport during a layover and it was actually a solid experience. Grabbed a smash burger and a couple Coronas, but it came out fast and tasted way better than I expected for airport food. Burger had a nice crisp on it and was pretty juicy.

Big shoutout to my waiter EJ though. Super chill, easy to talk to, and kept everything moving without me having to ask. Checked in at the right times and made sure I was good before my flight. You can tell he knows what he’s doing, especially with how busy it gets in there.

Overall just a smooth stop. If you’re passing through, it’s worth it and if you get EJ, you’re set.“

“Firsy things first, This restaurant is now called Celias. We were looking for Biscayne Tavern and walked right past it twice lol. Went inside the hotel and they let us know we were in the right spot and that the name had changed. The food was very tasty and served hot. The Mahi Mahi sandwich was seasoned perfectly and the cilantro sauce was delicious. We had a few drinks that were also delicious. Overall its a nice place, decorated beautifully with tropical colors and accents.“

“My wife and I chose Giselle Miami to celebrate our 5-year wedding anniversary on May 15th, and it completely exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hostess warmly greeted us and escorted us upstairs. The rooftop atmosphere was stunning — beautiful Miami skyline views, a perfect breeze, open-air vibes, and a live DJ playing smooth house music that set the perfect mood.
We were incredibly fortunate to have Valentino and Jorge take care of us. From the very first greeting until the end of the night, they were absolutely outstanding. Their service went far beyond expectations — they were attentive, knowledgeable, personable, and genuinely invested in making our anniversary special. They guided us through the menu with excellent recommendations, checked on us constantly, and made sure every detail was perfect. Valentino and Jorge truly turned our evening into a memorable, unforgettable experience. Their exceptional care and attention to detail are the main reason we’ll be returning to Giselle on our next trip to Miami.
The food was fantastic as well. We enjoyed short rib skewers, wagyu dumplings, and salmon & caviar crispy rice to start. For mains, Valentino recommended the Flaming Lobster Thermidor and Skirt Steak — both were incredible. We also loved the truffle fries, broccolini, and pistachio baby carrots. My wife had the Porn Star Martini, I enjoyed the Mystic Jade and Timeless Old Fashioned, and we finished with the delicious Coming Up Roses and Giselle’s Pearls for dessert.
If you’re looking for an unforgettable rooftop dining experience in Miami, definitely make a reservation at Giselle and ask for Valentino and Jorge. They are the best!“

“Jodi provided outstanding service during our visit. Even though the restaurant was clearly short-staffed, she remained attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire meal. She stayed on top of everything, checked in regularly, and kept a positive attitude despite how busy she was. It's not easy to deliver great service under those circumstances, but Jodi went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. “Unfortunately, our experience at the bar at Earls Kitchen + Bar was disappointing. This wasn’t our first time here and we normally really enjoy the restaurant, which made this visit even more frustrating. Our food was completely forgotten and we ended up waiting an excessive amount of time with no updates or acknowledgment until we had to ask ourselves. The bartenders were friendly, but the lack of communication and attention to detail really put a damper on the experience. Hoping this was just an off night because we’ve had much better experiences here before.

From the moment we arrived, Kaitelyn, the Guest Experience Manager, went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed and valued. Denise, Manager, demonstrated exceptional leadership and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction. She took the time to personally address our concerns, ensure every detail was handled properly, and ultimately restored the level of service and hospitality we've come to expect from Earls.
Our server, Cole, was outstanding—attentive, friendly, knowledgeable, and perfectly balanced in providing excellent service without being intrusive. He truly elevated the entire dining experience.
A special thank you as well to Brando, the General Manager, whose professionalism and support helped make the entire experience seamless.
What could have been a reason to stop coming instead became a reminder of exactly why we've continued to choose Earls Dadeland for over a decade. This team delivered the exceptional food, service, and hospitality we've always loved, and we left feeling appreciated and eager to return.

“Everything about the restaurant was great. Our server Jaslyn was very attentive and ensured we got our meals exactly how we wanted them. The allowed us to change our sides with the bay back ribs which were really delicious. When we were leaving one of my friends accidentally dropped her passport and we were travelling early the next day. The restaurant called us and notified us and we were able to return and retrieve it. That saved us a lot of anxiety and stress. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return again.“

Still waiting for them to ask how everything is… we came through last year and had a totally different experience staff was super friendly and engaged even though the place was packed. “Man, what a find! I was driving around after a brutal early morning of Amazon deliveries (you know how it is!), and I was seriously craving some good grits. I actually Googled "grits near me," which is how I stumbled upon this place. I'd seen a review that mentioned "classic diner vibes," and that totally sold me. Walking in, it was like stepping into a different world although it's a bit dated, everyone was so friendly – not just the staff, but the other customers too! I got a bunch of "good mornings" from complete strangers, which was honestly so refreshing. It felt like a real community, a family kind of atmosphere. My server was a total sweetheart. She knew the menu like the back of her hand and was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect breakfast. I ordered the Chuckwagon with eggs over medium, pan sausage, home fries and a side of cheese grits. My server even pointed out a way I could save a few bucks, which I really appreciated. It's awesome when servers are that considerate. The food came out fast and was exactly what I was hoping for – hot, fresh, and cooked perfectly. I got over-medium eggs and grits, and when I poured the grits over my eggs, my server gave me a knowing look and said, "Now that's how you do it – the classic Southern way!" That just made my day. It brought back all these memories of having breakfast with my grandparents – those classic diner breakfasts that just feel like home. It was a real nostalgia trip. Seriously, the whole experience was just what I needed – good food, good people, and a great atmosphere. It just felt… good. I did notice the prices were a little higher than what I saw in some older menu pics online, but honestly, with everything going on these days, it's not surprising. Even with the slightly higher prices, I absolutely loved this place. I'm definitely going back soon. It's the perfect spot for a comforting, classic breakfast that just hits the spot.“
