First time dining here and the food was excellent. Service was exceptional all staff was friendly and welcoming. The manager greeted us when we arrived and when we left. The Chef runs the quietest kitchen I have ever seen. Oversaw every plate going out and the quality of the food reflects his commitment to excellence. We will definitely return.
The Collab is consistently one of the best restaurants in Coral Gables in my opinion , we have eaten there plenty of time and it is always 5 stars. We love it !
Four of us ate, and two of us had the branzino. It was a tad overseasoned. The others had the same pasta with beef. It was not as good as other time we had eaten there. The caramel sticky bread was exceptional.

Orno Restaurant offers excellent food and service with a lively vibe and music. This hidden gem is located on the first floor of the THesis hotel. The food is very creative, tasty, and well-prepared. Dishes like the artichoke pizza, paccheri, octopus, and crispy cauliflower are superb, while the tenderloin truffle is especially popular and will bring guests back for more. The cocktails are fantastic, and the staff is attentive and professional, with servers providing knowledgeable service and friendly smiles. The restaurant has a good scene and is a favorite spot in South Miami, despite the loud music. The Miami Spice menus are great deals, and dessert options such as the Sticky Toffee pudding, apple tart, and pavlova are must-tries. The decor is botanical, fresh, and warm, with beautiful lighting and a great background of music. Overall, Orno Restaurant is a great find with delicious food and drinks, offering an outstanding dining experience and potential for continued success in the future.
