“I cannot speak highly enough of Bouchon Bistro!! The food is some of the best I've ever had and is remarkably consistent; we always know we are going to have an excellent meal when go here. I have a gluten allergy, and the kitchen is great about accommodating my restrictions and making adjustments to my meal as needed. The drinks are amazing, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The service is perfect every time we go. Everyone who works there is attentive and kind, but one server in particular, Alex, always goes above and beyond for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Bouchon Bistro for a special night out (or a great happy hour!).“

“We generally have good experiences at Mariposa, but in this case we were seated at a bistro table by the bar and the bartender served as our waiter. In short, his service was mediocre at best (forgot our starters and made an error on the food order) because he was tending to drink orders and other guests at the bar. Do NOT sit at the bar if you visit Mariposa.“

It has that old school Coral Gables feel that makes the place stand out… a real neighborhood staple with a dark, pub style look, wood booths, and that timeless, lowkey charm that turns into a fun, energetic scene as the night picks up. Reviewers regularly describe it as a longtime local favorite with strong music and a lively crowd. I even met a regular named Ricky who was awesome! maybe he had a little too much to drink, but honestly he made the whole atmosphere even more fun and memorable. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great night out. I’d give more stars if I could.“

“It's a beautiful environment. The servers are skilled and friendly. The menu is a bit limited and unadventurous, but the food itself is quite good and the portions are large (if you're with kids younger than teenage have them split a sandwich). Prices are reasonable, in the Hilton/Marriott range (i.e., a lot less than what we expected given the luxurious nature of the place).“

The ambiance was warm and festive, and the drinks were just as amazing. A very special thanks to our servers, especially Douglas, who went above and beyond to make our evening truly unforgettable. The service was top-notch from start to finish. Their location is very convenient, and everything about the night turned out beautifully. “Beautiful, intimate bar inside an iconic hotel. The martinis especially La Mitad were dry, icy cold and quickly served. The shrimp and crab Louis came with an excellent sauce and the shrimp were snappy and succulent. Shoestring fries also a hit. While I wish for an old school waitstaff that is a touch more polished and serious given the old world feel is this place I’m afraid the bar crowd is also a bit lacking in decorum. It’s absolutely worth a visit just to soak in the splendor of this magnificent hotel.“

“Bazille is under new management. They decided apparently to play disco music which is quite annoying. Apparently, the management also asked the servers that they must explain the menu in detail to a customer. We did not want to go in a detailed explanation, but as I said, the servers seem to have been instructed to explain the new menu in detail.“
