Had a great dinner at The Collab tonight, my second time here, and tonight topped my first visit.
My friends ran late, so I sat at the bar alone for about 45 minutes. Christos and Vincent were the bartenders on shift and kept me company, chatting about the World Cup, bartending and living overseas, and unique liqueurs they’ve curated into their own recipes.
