Wow! This restaurant was amazing. We had been to the one in Napa, but knew we had to go to their new location in Coral Gables when it opened. The waitstaff was knowledgeable, helpful, and nice. The ambiance inside was a bit noisier but felt like a very upscale bustling French bistro--we sat in the garden which was quieter and more calm for a nice date night, though you do miss out on some of the decor. It started with a delicious braid of bread…a literal twist on a baguetteThere was a Heavenly jar of mustard on table and a small bowl of pistachios…Then two amazing deviled eggs arrived surrounded by olives with a tiny umami shaving on top with a pop of the best mustard I have ever tasted which made for a bite that was equal to the deviled egg with caviar at Surf. Honestly no idea why this restaurant has, relatively speaking, poor reviews. We came here for lunch, and the service was impeccable, design and ambience spot on, and (most importantly) food was delicious. Can't wait to come back for a proper dinner.
