“I cannot speak highly enough of Bouchon Bistro!! The food is some of the best I've ever had and is remarkably consistent; we always know we are going to have an excellent meal when go here. I have a gluten allergy, and the kitchen is great about accommodating my restrictions and making adjustments to my meal as needed. The drinks are amazing, and the restaurant itself is beautiful. The service is perfect every time we go. Everyone who works there is attentive and kind, but one server in particular, Alex, always goes above and beyond for us. I wholeheartedly recommend Bouchon Bistro for a special night out (or a great happy hour!).“

“We walked there in the evening and had a reservation which we booked about an hour before we arrived. The food and service were excellent, our waiter was very helpful and our drinks arrived quickly. It had a real feel of a french establishment and we started with a couple glasses of Sancerre. The flavor of the french onion soup was extremely well balanced and I highly recommend their pepper steak (au poivre) which is done with filet mignon. The cook on the steak was exactly what I asked for and you can tell the chef is precise and confident with all of the dishes. The atmosphere was pleasantly subdued, dim and had its own flair, you can tell the reason this place has been around so long is because they have a reputation for success. I think either the manager or the owner stopped by our table to check in on us as well, which we appreciated. We ordered their prawn special and my wife was thrilled with how it came out. I want to go back for some escargot and try their other dishes sometime.

“We went to the Armstrong Jazz House and had a really nice time. Tommy at the bar took care of us and did a great job. Patrick was playing at the piano and was absolutely outstanding. We go to jazz clubs all over the country and this is one of the really wonderful experiences that we have had.“

The menu is a bit limited and unadventurous, but the food itself is quite good and the portions are large (if you're with kids younger than teenage have them split a sandwich). “Only positive things to say about this restaurant! Initially discovered it by noticing the lush tropical garden and beautifully decorated yard/outdoor dining area. The staff immediately greeted us and shown us to the bar area where we were pleasantly surprised by a happy hour special. The bartender who I believe her name was Suzie, was amazing!

From the moment we arrived, it was clear we were in exceptional hands. Eyal, the manager, greeted our party personally and immediately set the tone for the evening. Not only did he warmly welcome us, but he graciously seated us at our preferred table and took the time to share the story behind Maison Ostrow — the inspiration, the philosophy, and the vision that drives the restaurant. He then walked us thoughtfully through the menu, helping curate what became a truly unforgettable dining journey. His passion for hospitality and deep knowledge of the cuisine elevated the evening from a meal to a carefully orchestrated experience.

The wine program deserves its own praise. Leo, the sommelier, spent time getting to know our preferences and discussing the nuances of several options before guiding us toward an exceptional bottle. His recommendation was absolutely perfect. Leo decanted the wine tableside and attended to our glasses throughout the meal with the kind of quiet professionalism that defines truly great service.

Our service throughout the evening was equally impressive. Gonzalo, one of our servers, delivered attentive and polished service, while Rodrigo, serving both as bartender and server, crafted a delicious cocktail that set the tone beautifully at the start of the evening. The entire wait staff was dressed in formal attire that perfectly complemented the mood, ambience, and decor of the restaurant, reinforcing the refined and elegant atmosphere.

The ambience and decor at Maison Ostrow are striking without being ostentatious. The space manages to feel both refined and inviting — a rare balance. The lighting, textures, and layout create a setting that feels unmistakably upscale yet completely comfortable.

The fine dining elements are executed flawlessly. Each course arrived as part of a thoughtfully paced progression, transforming the meal into a narrative rather than simply a series of dishes. “I purchased a protein power wrap and a colada (double espresso) sin azucar . I have never ordered at au non pain similar to many coffee shops because they do not have gluten free sandwiches. I will have to eat the inside of this wrap with a fork. But anyway you can always order drinks if you want to avoid gluten. The other items appear to be bread or sandwich products. What made it extra special for me was that the dish was created by my son, but beyond the personal connection, the quality truly stood on its own. “Was very excited to try this new patisserie in wynwood. The desserts were beautiful and tasted wonderful. They didnt have any really great seasonal latte options which i would like to see in the future. The truffle fries were bomb! Will def be back to try other items.
