Cafe Pastis has quickly become one of my favorite South Florida restaurants! Their lovely food is delicious, and very consistent! I love all of their seafood dishes! Their mussels, and frites are a must! In addition their staff is super polite, and provide amazing service! Who could ask for more! They also have a great location in South Miami with plenty of parking! Enjoy everyone! #cestmagnifique

I am torn about this small but mighty bistro. I do not want too many people to FIND IT...The food and service and ambience takes me on a mini vacation to a side street in Paris ...French cooking at its finest ! Ohh LA laaa!! My fav are the sautéed mussels in wine and garlic. I also try the Chefs special often...No frills...Just delightfully flavorful food...And simple French classic desserts...❤💙🤍

Café PANISSE is a cozy little French restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is fantastic, though both spaces are small and can get very loud. The menu offers amazing and different delicious French specialties. Specific meals include escargot (soft with nice garlic flavor, best in the US), mussels (simple but flavorful with fresh French fries), a carrot and fennel soup, Bouillabaisse (wonderful flavor but seafood was overcooked), salmon, grouper in leek sauce, goat cheese stuffed trout, goat cheese ravioli, and pear salad. The service is great, and waiters are very amiable. There is a lovely wine selection and French beer available. Prices are very reasonable, similar to an average meal in Miami. However, the owner may not answer the phone, and guests arriving after 8:45pm may be told the restaurant is closed before stated hours. Overall, it is a hidden gem in South Miami with delicious food.
