“Had an amazing dinner at RO Steakhouse, largely thanks to our waiter, Rackson. He was attentive, friendly, and made great recommendations without being pushy. He checked in at just the right moments, made sure our drinks stayed full, and had a genuine warmth that made the whole meal feel special.

The food was excellent, and Rackson’s service really elevated the experience. The bill came to $283, and honestly it felt worth every penny given the quality of both the food and the hospitality.

If you’re heading to RO Steakhouse, I highly recommend asking for Rackson — he’ll take great care of you!“

“Talk about a superior and extraordinary dining experience. I can't believe how's just tucked away and you'd literally miss it. I guess it makes it a hidden gem and those never ever disappoint. Needless to say, the service is unmatched here from the moment you walk in. Started with a white wine, these are the dishes I opted for...summer salad, scallop crudo, koshihikari rice, black grouper and parfait. Need I say, everything single dish was a 10/10. Summer salad was perfectly balanced between the plums, nectarines and avocado and a little spice from the agua diablo. An explosion of flavors in every bite. The scallop crudo was like nothing I've ever tasted...perfectly cooked scallop with a little kick. The grouper was the star of the show...just perfection. The rice was a pleasant surprise of flavors that took shocked my palate a little but in the best way. Ended the meal with a very delicious rich parfait that wasn't overly sweet. I see why they're Michelin starred and it didn't disappoint, NOT ONE BIT. Space is underwhelming though. Not really romantic or cozy or aesthetically pleasing and very small but the food was without a doubt...PHENOMENAL, and that's all that really matters at the end.“

“I love the location, ambiance is super nice, and Talia was so sweet she helped me choose what to pick from the menu. Their happy hour times are exceptional, and they serve tacos during those happy hour! I love the Mediterranean/ Mexican fusion they have!

“I just wanted to take a moment to leave a review because this place is one of the last OG gems of coral gables. I went with my partner and a friend to grab some drinks and I’m so glad we did! This is the place where you go and everyone knows your name. The service was great and the vibe was even better!!! “I love this place so much. My absolute dream bar. Ambiance is from my dreams and add Jose, who is an artistic mixologist and a wonderful Man and you have perfection in book. I try to visit my Son and Daughter in Law, who live down here, often and I never fail to visit Brandi’s at the Biltmore a few times while here.“

“I took my girl to the Biltmore bar last week for her birthday and I had the best time. We aren’t really drinkers. Karl the bartender honestly made the experience all the better, he literally recommended the best drinks for the occasion and explained every ingredient as he made them infront of us.

“Everything about the restaurant was great. Our server Jaslyn was very attentive and ensured we got our meals exactly how we wanted them. The allowed us to change our sides with the bay back ribs which were really delicious. When we were leaving one of my friends accidentally dropped her passport and we were travelling early the next day. The restaurant called us and notified us and we were able to return and retrieve it. That saved us a lot of anxiety and stress. Overall a great experience and we will definitely return again.“

“It was a great experience! I went there after my students piano recital. I had a performance of my own afterwards, so I had very little time to eat. I told the server and she was so helpful in getting everything out quickly. I had the chicken bowl, so tasty! Every bite was full of flavor, and it had also had a great variety of textures. Highly recommend!“
