Zitz Sum Reviews
Stellar meal and stellar service. Both Gabriel and Camila were top notch. Favorite meal I’ve had in Miami in quite some time. No notes!
Talk about a superior and extraordinary dining experience. I can't believe how's just tucked away and you'd literally miss it. I guess it makes it a hidden gem and those never ever disappoint. Needless to say, the service is unmatched here from the moment you walk in. Summer salad was perfectly balanced...read full review
They change up the menu often, this is our second time visiting and it’s even more memorable. Everything was great. The HK French toast is fantastic. Small cozy spot great for a date night.

Zitz Sum is a must-visit restaurant that offers an excellent dining experience in a calm and beautiful environment, truly a hidden gem in Miami. The chill and mellow vibe creates a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a memorable meal. The friendly and knowledgeable staff, particularly the attentive servers, provide great suggestions for pairing food and ensure seamless service. The high-quality, well-prepared dishes are extremely delicious, with standout options like steak tartare, hokkaido scallop crudo, chicken wontons, and bing bread — the bing bread is especially recommended. The menu follows a tapas style, encouraging guests to order a couple of items to share, and it is both creative and balanced, with every dish crafted with care, creating incredible harmony and flavor.
Though the restaurant’s ambiance is described as dark and lounge-vibey for dinner, it remains serene and elegantly designed, making it a warm and inviting place. Reservations are recommended due to its small size and popularity. Zitz Sum, helmed by Chef Pablo Zitzmann, is recognized for its unique elevated Japanese and Chinese fusion dishes, making it a world-class dining destination that delivers a truly memorable experience. Recent visitors praised the friendly staff and the fun tasting menu, with one mentioning the delicious bell pepper cocktail that alone would bring them back. The portions are on the smaller side but still very filling and tasty, and guests have enjoyed the overall excellent value, noting the dishes reflect the tremendous ability of Chef Pablo Zitzmann. The cozy setting inside an office building, along with dishes like beef tartare with its unique taste and Asian-inspired baked bread, add to the restaurant’s charm.
