Ruth's Chris Steak House is a renowned restaurant that consistently delivers an exceptional dining experience. The service is attentive and friendly, with staff members ensuring that every event and celebration is tailored to the guests' needs. Guests have recently praised the amazing atmosphere and exceptional service, mentioning servers like Maria and Jenny, who provided outstanding experiences. The food quality remains excellent, featuring a varied event menu and a mouthwatering happy hour selection with sizzling sandwiches, full-size appetizers, and handcrafted cocktails. Recent reviews highlight the attention to detail, including birthday confetti on the table and special desserts that enhance celebrations. However, there have been concerns about the temperature in some sections, with guests finding it uncomfortably warm despite having a vent nearby. While the menu includes delicious options such as lobster, crab meat, and the 8oz fillet mignon as part of the surf and turf menu, some guests noted that staff did not inquire about dietary restrictions or preferences, such as shellfish allergies or steak temperature. Whether hosting a luncheon for 60 people or celebrating a special occasion, Ruth's Chris Steak House aims to provide a perfect and beautiful experience.
