I'm a college student who goes to this location nearly every day for a drink and study spot. I'm not really sure why this Starbucks has such bad reviews. I always order ahead on the app, and my drink is always ready within a minute. They always have good music playing, and most of the time the tables are clean. The workers are super friendly- I've witnessed several "Karen"s before and the workers are always respectful and take care of their needs.
Ive been coming to this Starbucks for many years… theres always a line at the drive thru but it moves quickly. Ian is the best!!!! I havent seen Ana in a little while but she is the sweetest and i hope shes doing well. Thank you guys!!!

Ran out of cold brew, they only realized after I had placed my order and waited 8-10 minutes, already almost late to somewhere and they last minute made me something else which was still great. Regardless, would’ve liked to have known when paying or at least right after!
