“I read a comment of Mr. Patrick culver about Jackie and I just want to say that He needs to go and apologize to her. The best, kind, and every time I go there She always does the best to please me and help. Mr. Culver needs to face his mistakes and not to talk bad about excelente employees. He should know that a refund needs the approval of a manager and be patient. Sorry for him. He needs to write again and apologize to Jackie.“
“The food was coming out very slow in the beginning. The first 3 courses, including bread, took almost 45 mins. The sake on the drinks menu was not available. The barramundi fish is from Hawaii but labeled as “local fish” on the menu. The wagyu beef and the lobster bites are so small that I can hardly taste the ingredients. On the positive side, the service was excellent and the food was cooked with good balance. A very ambitious menu but prepared very well. Compared with other Michelin one star restaurants (we had tried hundreds), I rate this one in the top 25%“
“I had a delightful breakfast at News Café, thanks to Elmer G, our fantastic waiter! The Belgian waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft on the inside—just heavenly. The service was excellent, and the ambiance made it a truly relaxing experience. Highly recommend for a cozy morning out!“
“I was expecting more food wise, the food is okay, good but is not a place I would go a second time. My recommendation; the bisque, the fried chicken, the chocolate pecan pie, and the crab, we got the meal. The paella was a big a huge disappointment. The staff was very friendly.“
“I have come here a few times for drinks but today was the first time I ate in the dining room. The food and service was amazing. Marco was a fantastic waiter. He always ensured our waters were filled and regularly checked in on us at a frequency that was not annoying. The food was way above what I expected. Living in brickell I have accepted that most places focus on presentation of the food rather than the quality. Here all three meals were highly rated. The star for me was the hueco estralledos. The chicken and waffles were very filling for my companions and they both said it tasted homemade. Highly recommend this place!Vegetarian options: Vegetarian here. There’s enough vegetarian options to satisfy out diet.“
“Boia De is very special. Bold flavor with a delicate execution. The staff are humbly proud of their accomplishments and the Michelin Star is well deserved. The smoked muscles were delicious you need them. Steak tar-tar you must have. The gnocchi will change your life and the lamb could alter they ways of man & possibly change the world. No liquor needed here. Creative mixology with sake & Pilsner will make you happy. Desert a must… buy 2. Or 3.. Love from Mary & Peter“
“My husband has always wanted to eat at Carbone in NYC, but the waitlist is so long. We were happy to score at 5:30pm reservation while visiting Miami. There is both indoor and outdoor dining. The vibe is that of old NY Italian. We were seated and our server immediately introduced herself. She took our drink order and the fresh bread, fennel and cauliflower were brought out to the table. For an appetizer we ordered the prosciutto and mozzarella. The mozzarella was so fresh it was still warm! It was so good!!! The prosciutto was sliced perfectly and tasted amazing. We shared the lobster ravioli. The ravioli was 99% lobster and stuffed. It was amazing. The sauce was creamy yet light. For our entree we ordered the shrimp scampi that was priced per piece. These shrimp were gigantic! We each had 2 shrimp and it was plenty. We were so full we decided not to have dessert but our server brought out some Italian cookies with a candle for my husbands birthday. This meal is definitely in our top 10!“
“Great experience! First time in Miami Beach and this place had a great location, great food (salmon and chicken parm was awesome), and a totally awesome happy hour! Our waiter Ismael made sure we had everything we needed! Ask for Ismael and enjoy a great atmosphere and food!“
“What I thought would be a tourist trap of some sort, and as we were very hesitant to book the dinner & show, we actually had an ABSOLUTE BLAST. Everybody was genuinely attentive, wanting us to have the best time. Drinks were really good, nicely loaded. Thanks to Vera and the crew to entertain us for 3 continuous hours!!! Jessica our waitress was super attentive too! We will return asap!“
“Got in before 7:00 so sat at bar for happy hour cocktails. Sat outside in this historic venue open space.Food was good and service was fair for 20% included tip. Atmosphere was fair the outside was empty but historic building brings the charm. If in the area recommend to try. It is best to go before 7 to enjoy happy hour drinks at the bar. You cannot take drinks from bar to your table. We enjoyed something different and good. Fried chicken since it has the sauce was not crispy, Mac and cheese was very cheesy, wings had the perfect hotness, expected more from corn bread and biscuits.“
“Nice atmosphere m, staff was great, and food was delicious. The mimosa was as big as my head.. lol However, it was $19. I wish there would have been a smaller size option as I have a very small stomach due to weight loss surgery. With the $19 mimosa I also got a coffee, eggs with cheese and bacon with a bagel to go for my friend. With tip the bill was $60. Now I realize I’m in South Beach, but I think that is a little excessive for breakfast. Lunch and dinner I understand.“
“The food was great. For dinner we had New York Steak and it was cooked to perfection, $35 for a large portion. For those staying at this hotel (like us) 20% off. The breakfasts are excellent and at a very good price. I recommend.Updating my review. Also we were here for lunch. My son ordered pizza a second time, my husband tried Paella and I enjoyed delicious BBQ Ribs.I love that place so much ?“
“We went to The Lion & The Rambler recently for my wife's birthday. I give this restaurant the highest praise possible. Exceeded all expectations. Strongly recommend, but only if you like astonishingly good food and great service. Compliments to Chef Michael!“
“I love the vibe of their rooftop patio and the selection of food. Also Damian was a great host and made my sister’s birthday dinner very pleasant.I strongly recommend making a reservation if you want to be seated on the patio and specially during the weekends. We had to wait for 40-45 minutes for the next table to be available. But, it was worth the wait.Their menu includes appetizers, entrées (including a choice of appetizer), desserts and of course drinks. We ordered “Free Range Chicken Milanese” with “Caes-ART Salad Our classic”, “Seafood and Chicken Paella” with “Burrata, Salmon & Guacamole Toast”, which was an upgraded appetizer with extra fee, and “Argentinian Churrasco” with “Caes-ART Salad Our classic”. All our meals were delicious, but I strongly recommend the Argentinian Churrasco and Salmon Toast. For the dessert and of course the birthday cake, we ordered “The Best Chocolate Cake in the World” and shared it as it was a bit heavy after our dinner.“
“PRISCILLA! The BEST waitress I have ever had. I was shocked that competent and friendly waitresses exist after having bad experiences eating out, as of late, with other waitresses. She waited on our table and it was a group of 20 with about 10 eight year-old children. She was friendly to all of us and really connected with all the adult guests at the table. Plus, her customer service was 10/10. Each time I go back to Miami Lakes Ale House, I am asking for her. Also, the manager on staff and other waitress were so accommodating to the kids, even hanging a “Happy Birthday” banner for us, singing “Happy Birthday” and giving each of the children lollipops. Great food, kid-friendly and amazing atmosphere!P.S Zingers Mountain Melt with honey mustard and ranch dressing so good! Also great Shirley temples (virgin too lol)Kid-friendliness: Amazing for kids birthday parties! So friendly with kids“
“I was having breakfast this morning with my family and the place is very nice, the server LAURA attended us and she is incredible, she was very helpful and friendly. He explained the entire menu to us very well and suggested the best option to share with everyone and try several dishes. I loved it, the best place to have breakfast in Miami beach!!! ? ? ???? 10/ 10“
“I love this place! They serve tasty food all night. 1$ oysters for happy hour. Their Korean style ribs are delicious. Cesar salad was so good. Can't go wrong with the crispy chicken sandwich. They have some of the best truffle fries I have ever tasted.Little terrace outside and a funky interior with some really cool decor. Open very late. Whether you go for food, happy hour or just for some drinks late at night, it is a must see when visiting Miami Beach.“
“I swung into this place around 5:30pm. I wanted a quick drink and a snack. I also wanted to see the place that was in the movie Birdcage. From that perspective if was a disappointment. Can’t really see anything but the front of the building. There is a small indoor area but it’s not very impressive. It has a sign for a picture. All that said, the service was really good; they were very attentive. The ceviche was good, nothing too spectacular. The Mai Tai was average at best and way too expensive. Overall it was just a tourist trap in a cool building. It was good for one visit but I would never go back.“
“Was a little concerned when walked in and was greated by the most unfriendly hostess I've ever come across. I then found ot the only had beer and wine. Everything improved from there. Amazing table service by someone who smiled and was friendly. Food was great but be sure to save room for desert. They have the best Key Lime Pie I've ever had.“
“Beautiful restaurant with a great bottomless option for brunch. Incredibly delicious food and great service with an awesome ambience. There are options for dining inside or outside on their patio. My group got a couple of food options and shared everything so we could try more of the menu. It's $35 pp for bottomless cocktails and $30 for bottomless mimosas/bellinis but they let us pay $35 each and get cocktails + mimosas/bellinis, which makes a lot more sense.“
“The only drawback is that I ordered mixed vegetables as a side and they only served me broccoli. The waitress wanted to compensate me with something extra, but I did not accept it, because my intention was not to make profits, but to help improve the service.“
“This restaurant is like the hidden gem of Brickell. They open at 9 am which is super early compared to the places near around the area. They have bottomless brunch until 4pm. I loved the calm aesthetic of the restaurant and our server Daniel was super knowledgeable of the menu and very sweet. We can't wait to come back for brunch to enjoy their bottomless mimosas.“
“I went to Grails for the first time, tonight. Fun atmosphere! Outgoing and friendly staff made the night even more fun! Great food! Great cocktails, too! If you are a sports fan, this is definitely the place for you! TVs everywhere showed baseball, hockey, and basketball! DJ was playing some fun 90s jams, too! Will definitely be returning, soon!“
“The cocktails are awesome and the vibe is pretty chill. It's definitely a great place to have a few drinks and a good conversation BUT the food isn't great. They also have a "last call for cocktails" (first time in my life I heard that) so, you end up with one hour to go before they close and you can't keep drinking what you wanted so it's a 4 out of 5 for me and I'm being generous.“
“Ate here on 12/8, the night before our cruise. Food was really good and waitresses were all so nice and friendly. We had a group of 6 and eating out by the beach with a nice breeze was just what we wanted (getting in our vacay groove)! I would definitely come back here again!“
“Wonderful place with food cooked amazingly. A small place so it feels like you really get to know your servers which is a great touch. My family(of 5)and I got the 40 oz meat platter as well as Empanadas and it was so delicious, my favorite personally is the Lamb chops but everyone loved the Filet mignon. Only thing is they do only serve wine and beer which makes sense for a place with high end meats but just something to be aware of. Ali was wonderful and a great host. Very happy with my meal. Definitely check this place out!“
“Omg hands down one of the best meals I've ever had!! husband went adventurous and chose the Braised Oxtail, I got lamb bolognese over gnocchi, insanely delicious. And our boys got the "Ragout" Sandwich. Look this place up. Sooo good !! We even ordered dessert to take back to the hotel for later (key lime pie and butterscotch heath bar bread pudding). I expect it to be just as awesome.“
“The most fun I've had in years...Isaac is the most helpful and I am seriously happy for him. He made it fun that I couldn't bring my personal water bottle inside. He promised me that he would not let me forget it, he remembered me and gave it back right away upon my departure. I had way more fun than I'd expected to, all the staff was delightful, attentive and very knowledgeable in all things related to my experience. I'm planning to go back!“
“For my mother's 49th birthday, we decided to visit a restaurant that had been highly recommended to us. She absolutely loved it! One dish that stood out to us was the flammable lobster - it was cooked to perfection and had a unique flavor that we had never tasted before. The mac and cheese was also quite favorable and left us wanting more. The mushroom escargot was a light and dynamic appetizer that we couldn't resist. And let's not forget about the mash puree - it was so delightful, buttery and had the perfect texture that complemented the main course. Overall, it was an amazing dining experience and we highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a memorable meal.“
“Okay so I went to this place just after the LIV golf tournament and I have barbecue probably all over the place and I enjoy the food this is some of the best barbecue I've had in a minute would recommend it to anyone service was excellent at least from the server that I did have and you got to get the baked beans“
“The Lifeguard by Edwar Simal Cafe & Restaurant and John, Eddy, & Joseph were amazing! The Lifeguard Cafe is amazing both service & quality of food. I had the Ham & Cheese Omelette(good & hearty), & the Signature Sweet Pancakes, those pancakes were a tiny bit of heaven, complete perfection. My family stumbled upon this unique cafe during our hunt for a brunch spot with good food @ a reasonable price after our 7 day cruise. John greeted us outside while we were checking out their menu, & was happy to make accommodations for all 14 of us. All service was stellar, they even gave us detailed descriptions of some of the menu items we had never had before. Some of us tried the Tropical Bombon espresso drink, delicious! The atmosphere is very welcoming for an art gallery, that doubles as a cafe. You just have to go for yourself, you’ll love it!“
“I haven’t been there physically but I ordered through DoorDash. I thought the prices were kinda high but I decided to try since I had a coupon. I rarely leave restaurant reviews but the food was so good that it would have been rude not to say something. The cauliflower rice was super good. And the Turkey meatballs were yum. They took their time with the presentation even for just a takeout order, which speaks volumes. I will be trying again - maybe next time in person.“
“I had a great time eating here and my server Kenneth made my night just that much better quick on his feet made sure I had everything I need and if I ever needed anything he was always quick to assist me. Thank you every much for the awesome service, you can expect me to show up more often thanks to his excellent service.“
“I had a delightful dining experience at the Cave Restaurant, thanks to our wonderful waitress, a regular named Tehila. Her attentive service and friendly demeanor enhanced the overall enjoyment of the evening. She expertly guided us through the menu, ensuring we had a memorable and satisfying meal. I appreciate her commitment to providing excellent customer service, and I look forward to returning for another great dining experience.“
“I had dinner at the Doral location. My server was quite busy. I waited approximately 45 minutes for my meal...And It came out cold. I was impressed with the way the situation was handled. Without mentioning it, the server informed the manager. The manager offered to remake my food and offered complimentary soup or salad, during my additional wait. The rest of my party thoroughly enjoy their meal. When the check came, to my surprise, the manager had comped my meal. I didn't ask, nor was I expecting this, however, I was pleased to receive this kind gesture. All in all, what started as a slow/rocky experience, was turned around by the thoughtful actions of the staff.I am a member of the Cooper's Hawk Wine Club, and plan to visit other locations. I can only hope the Customer Service is just as wonderful.“
“I haven't had a chance to dine yet but the airport pickup, check In desk, and bar service was great! I just love Yuri at the bar energy and welcoming spirit! Everything so far has been great. I will do another review after my hotel inspection. So far so good!“
“Went there for happy hour a few weeks ago. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was great, and drinks were crafted elegantly. It's a little pricey but worth it. Servers were prompt and hospitable as well. It's an all-around great review. I recommend the chicken and waffles. I mean, just look at the pictures.“
“This is my second time here . Just give you 5 stars because manager Ishan fix all this situation. Great manager, great hostes . Good food and so good atmosphere. Service have to be better but some servers don’t care . Or looks like . I was waiting my food so long time and manager apologized and gave me complimentary Mimosa. He know how do his job . Great manager . Thank you . One more time : He did a great job!“
“I lean on reviews when determining what restaurants to visit when traveling for work. GG’s was rated #1 and I understand why. Actually came here 2x during my 3 day stay as we enjoyed it greatly. So much to love: service, food, ambiance, sunset, the yachts going by…a wonderful experience. The restaurant manager and waitress were superb.“
“Such a cool spot to hang out! The vibes are super chill! I always get the churros and ice cream at santo dulce! I really like it! They added two new food trucks since the last time I get. A gyro one and another one that Idk about. Which in that one i had ordered some salchi papas which they were super salty!Wished they had more variety of foods. That were less inexpensive just for the vibes. However I really like this place and would recommend to anyone looking for a cool chill night out! Specially when they play live music at night on weekends! Its a super chillen! We even brought our UNO cards and played at the table as we had sangria and vibes to the live music!Great spot. Recommend! Also the lights at nights its prettyyy!“
“My boyfriend and I sat at the bar with Laura. We enjoyed the bar tasting and added one of each al la carte item. While the whole experience was fun, I think we both enjoyed Laura more than the food. The 18 course sit down was a little more food than either of us wanted for a late dinner, and by sitting at the bar we got to watch and interact with some of the staff. While we want to go to the DC location for the entire experience, our shorter version was perfect.“
“Something different. I liked the idea of buying things in the refrigerator and then going out to chat with the glasses to serve ourselves. Then the bite is prepared super cute and most importantly delicious!!! The gathering of friends is long and drawn out. The place full of people. I repeat it without a doubt.“
“10 out of 10. Dennis our server was everywhere at once really hustling very funny and gracious. Food was amazing good prices very fresh. Def a new go to for us. Some good gluten-free options as wellDietary restrictions: Gf options available“
“Visiting Miami from Massachusetts. During my whole week stay, this was my favorite restaurant. Great vibes to watch the Heat Vs Celtics. And also great vibes to have lunch with the children. Our waitress Raquel was amazing and very attentive to our needs. Also Very patient with the amount of children we brought. I recommend the chicken parm pasta. Too much for one belly and tasted great the next day!! And coconut shrimp and empanadas for an app!! Thank you Raquel and The Tavern for the great experience.“
“We went for a quick bite a few nights ago, and our waitress, Daniela, was just amazing! She was always very attentive to our table, making sure that we had a good time. We enjoyed the food, especially her recommendations: the fried chicken as an appetizer and the Royals hamburger with cheese were sooo good! Thank you, Daniela, for the great service!“
“Baleen kitchen is a great location to dine, different dishes to choose from earth to sea food it’s to die for. It is a must have… try it out and let me know what you think. Service is great Daniel and the rest of the team are stellar. Music is just right it create a great ambiance to enjoy the rest of the night.“
“Found this place through an Instagram reel review and it was one of the BEST Grill places my family and I have visited. The attention, the food and overall vibe was incredible! 1000/10! They are a MUST visit!??We tried the Tequeños, Queso Asado, Parrilla Mixta, 1x Hamburguesa de Carne and 1x Chuleta, 1x Arepita Frita de Picanha con queso and 1x Chorizo con queso, Jugo de Mango. There was not a single thing we didn’t love❤️? Everything was on point and their pricing is extremely affordable!Get their $15 Mega Promo ?????Also, PLEASE try their salsas! ? We literally fell in love with each one of them! ?From the moment we arrived till the moment we left — Tamara was so very kind to us. She saved us a table and made sure we were okay at all times. As well as Shirley who was very sweet and patient with us at the moment of ordering our food. She helped us pick the right portions and encouraged us to try new delicious things. Thanks for everything! We’ll be coming back???You will feel at home and very satisfied ???P.s. make sure to check their Service hours on their Instagram page or by calling them because Apple Maps hours have not been updated. It says they open from 7pm-11pm and they actually open way earlier and close at a later time.?Here’s their current schedule:Tuesday-Saturday: 12pm-12amSunday: 7pm-1am“
“I've driven by Pinch Kitchen several times and have thought "I want to check it out". I finally did and was so glad! I've already come back twice in two weeks so that should tell you how good it is! It's a cute spot by the Miami Shores area with convenient free parking in the back. You have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, as well as at the bar area. The staff is super kind and provides good service. We ordered the Mahi Mahi sandwich - it comes on a brioche bun with pikliz, tomato, lettuce and a side of house made fries. This sandwich is perfectly delicious and the fries are so so fresh. I ordered a side of garlic aioli which was also tasty. We also ordered the broccolini. It is one of the best broccolini's I've had. The flavors with the fresh garlic and balsamic is amazing. We've gotten an IPA and a gin cocktail before and both have been really good. I love the decor and layout of the restaurant. It truly makes it welcoming and comfortable. They also offer brunch during the weekends which I want to try! Prices are fair and portions are good. You can really taste how fresh everything is. Can't wait to come back here soon!“
“(Translated by Google) I was very clumsy, I broke the bottles of oil and vinegar on the table and the girls of the place really treated me very well, it is small and cozy, it feels very familiar, blessings(Original)Yo muy torpe rompí las botellas del aceite y el vinagre de la mesa y realmente las chicas del lugar me trataron muy bien, es pequeño y acogedor se siente muy familiar, bendiciones“
