“We just left North South Grill after having visited there for the first time. It's Saturday night December 13th, 2025. Never having before ever experienced a Smashburger in any form, that is what I ordered. I ordered the double blue cheese Smashburger and man oh man! That has got to be one of the tastiest Burgers that has ever passed between my lips in all my 65 years of walking this planet. The fries were equally as impressive. I met Kat and Terry the owners, both real nice people so if you are in the mood for an amazing burger, you owe it to yourself to come on out. My son ordered a large steak sub and was equally impressed.“

“The only reason I'm giving this place before is because I don't want to give it a fire just based on an appetizer and a drink, but honestly my first time visiting here I was very impressed.

It's not a huge space on the inside but it's very comfortable and cozy. If you ever want to watch sports game there's plenty of TVs around the bar and around the restaurant. We only had an appetizer and two drinks but they were both all amazing. Definitely try to quesadilla, the short red one that was fantastic.

I want to come back another day and actually have an appetizer but we're on a food run, and we have two other places that we have to stop at so consider this my partial review until we can come back again.“

“This is one of our favorite go-to places. The steak and tortilla soup are absolutely phenomenal. Located close to shopping outlets in The Shops at Pembroke Gardens, Firebirds stands out as one of Pembroke Pines finest steak houses. The layout is open and easily accessible. They have a fantastic bar and the visual appeal is totally on point. Casual attire is fine, but it really deserves more than jeans and T-shirts. They have seating for small and large groups alike, and the service is excellent.“

“I had a solid experience at this IHOP. The restaurant was clean and had a welcoming atmosphere. Heather, who seated and served me, was attentive and made sure everything went smoothly throughout my visit. The food was fresh and tasted great, and I was happy with my meal overall.

The only aspect that could use some improvement was the silverware, as it didn’t seem as clean as it should have been. Aside from that, I enjoyed my visit and appreciated the excellent customer service. Thank you, Heather, for making the experience a pleasant one!“

“everything was good, i haven’t been to red lobster in so long. we celebrated my uncles birthday and they gave us a section in the back we were able to bring cake, decorations and speaker to play music. the waitress Talitha was amazing, very sweet and nice. it was about 25 of us and she served her all by herself and everything came out perfect!“

“I was at this location yesterday because I saw the post on the Nextdoor app about new management. Mind you, I stopped going because things have NOT BEEN THE SAME for a long time. So I decided to give it another try because I remember when it was great! I’m glad I did. I met Neesha and I noticed it was the same person that posted about making the place better. She was not lying. The dining clean the customer service was excellent, even though there were only two girls there. Hot, fresh and very tasty so needless to say I will be back.“
